These programs are offered in a closed group or one-on-one setting for personalized, safe, and effective techniques to help you build a new skill. The classes include flexibility work, conditioning, alignment, progression, and drills required to prepare your body to either balance in a handstand, do a split or deepen a backbend.
This is a personalized program where you'll learn to build a solid routine weekly. You'll understand the mechanics and skills needed in hand balancing. I'll provide theory, advice, and detailed explanations of every exercise and drill to help you condition your body to reach your goal safely and efficiently.
The Handstand Program is for anyone between: -A beginner who doesn’t know where to start -Someone who has some experience but doesn’t know how to build a routine -Someone who wants to continue to build strength for inversions. You’ll receive: -Personalized 4 week program -Warm-up techniques -Personalized feedback -Feel-good hormones You’ll receive 4 routines and 4 live calls for the month (receive weekly). We’ll address: -Mindset/Expectations -How to warm up properly and efficiently -How to create good habits in your routine -How to fall and kick up -How to overcome fear -How to build a solid handstand practice weekly The program includes: -Warm up -Fundamental movement preparation for handstand -Mobility preparation for handstand -Strength and stamina building techniques -Personalized weekly training routine What’s in the routine? You’ll receive a 15-20 minute training routine to warm up, a 30 minute routine for handstand training that will help you build strength and work towards holding a handstand in different shapes, and cool-down stretches or conditioning at the end of class. How long can I use the routine for? It’ll depend on how often you train, how you progress, we will reassess in our last live call.
This program is a structured approach personally designed where you'll learn to increase your range of motion safely, and gain neurological and muscle control (as well as collective isolation movements) over your body. I'll break down the foundation and concepts to empower you to build the strength and mobility you need to achieve your goal.
The Hip Program is for both Beginner and Intermediate students. Whether you're someone who wants to… -do a split but don’t know where to start -optimize hip mobility and see results -ease lower back pain -refine your split This 4 week program is a structured approach designed to support you every step of the way. I’ll break down the absolute foundation movement and concepts to empower you to build the strength and mobility you need. Do expect use of props and explanations. You’ll receive: -Personalized 4 week program -Warm up techniques -Personalized feedback -Feel good hormones You’ll receive 4 routines and 4 live calls for the month (receive weekly). We’ll address: -Mindset/Expectations/Attitude -How to warm up properly and efficiently -How to maximize results through proper technique -How to deal with cramps -How to build a solid practice weekly The program includes: -Hip warm-up -45 minute mobility -45 minute passive stretch -Personalized weekly training routine What’s in the routine? You’ll receive a 30 minute training routine focused on working on your flexibility towards a front split and middle split, and another 30 minute routine for hip mobility training that will help you build strength, create range of motion, and help shine a light on the restrictions that’s holding you back from achieving the performance you’re demanding.
